I ordered a pair of shorts that were too small. I couldn’t find my order number and thought I was stuck with them. I emailed the company and within 24 hours I received a response and a return label. I rarely need to return anything because I LOVE the things I’ve ordered. Thank you!

The shorts I ordered looked cheap and very unflattering. Unfortunately I should have known better. I have ordered through them before to only have holes in my clothes after opening the package.
Return policy is horrible. Store credit only. Nope. Won’t be ordering again.

I tend to have trouble with sizing/fit but Jennifer is always so super helpful and fixes things right up for me! Great customer service!

So this review is coming from a serious online boutique shopper.... so this next statement is rich with truth....Vici is, hands down, my favorite online boutique. They have such a wide range of style from sweet and proper to edgy and sexy. They stay very in tune with what's trending and curate clothes from quality places. But also have their own line of clothes as well. I have never had an issue with an exchange. They will even send you your exchange item before they receive the original item. My ONLY complaint is they sell out of clothes soooo fast. Like, within hours of the daily drop... items are sold out. So that's frustrating and I wish they stocked more so that wouldn't keep happening but that's seriously my only complaint. Half of my summer clothes are from Vici this year. Great online boutique !!!

Where do I begin? First off, this is hands down my new favorite place to shop. I love it so much in fact, I purchased things 3 different times all within a day ????.
On my last purchase, I had tried to enter a promo code but for some reason it didn’t process by the time my card transaction went through.
I reached out to customer service and Jennifer S helped me out.
I am absolutely FLOORED with her customer service. She went above and beyond and also was extremely responsive (she replied almost immediately and the problem was resolved). She was so genuine and made sure everything was taken care of. She deserves to be recognized! Thank you so much Jennifer, I will definitely be ordering more (maybe 4x in one day next time)!

I have been ordering from Vici for years but never had to reach out to customer service until now. I recently purchased a jumpsuit during a flash sale (not realizing that it was final sale) and reached out about returning it when I couldn’t access the return label. I received a quick response and customer service explained that flash sales are also non-refundable but they kindly made an exception and allowed me to return. I love Vici so I’m happy to know that their customer service is as amazing as their clothes!

I had an issue with a lost package and Angelina was super helpful. Love Vici and the way they treat customers.

I’ve ordered from Vici three times now and they just make them look so good! I love their clothing. I always look at their new drops and they always have something I want! Good job! Keep up the good work! One thing to improve on is to have more representation in model and sizes!
